I'm just relaxing today. It is nice to have some time off. Currently I am thinking about birds. Specifically, starlings, parakeets, and parrots. Starlings are very neat, especially in the range of sounds that they can emulate. They're also quite cute, the fluffy little dudes. As for parakeets, I am thinking about them because of the sample of "How to Teach Your Parakeet to Talk", a 1958 record, in this song by Brainiac that I like, embedded below.

Ah, my birthday has been nice. So far I have spent it lounging at home. I am also currently filling out job applications, I hope to be settled in a job by February. Need to save up. Very important. Usually boring stuff like that would be the last thing on my mind on my birthday, but it is not so bothersome; I look to the future with hopeful eyes. Cheers. I'm 17 and on to new things. This is all I have to say for now.
